CANCELLATIONS MADE BY KENSINGTON TENNIS CLUB
All lessons are scheduled to continue and will be charged regardless of weather conditions, even if the forecast is unfavourable. Each player (or guardian in the case of a minor), has the responsibility to decide if it is safe for them to play in any given weather condition.
Coaches will always plan to attend their classes even if the forecast seems inclement. Therefore, lessons are charged regardless of weather/rain to ensure coaches' livelihood and cover venue fees.
Although the tennis courts may be open, and lessons scheduled to go ahead, weather conditions can be unpredictable. Each player (or guardian in the case of a minor), has the responsibility to decide if it is safe for them to play in any given weather condition. The decision to play falls solely on the player (or guardian of a minor player). Any injury that comes from deciding to attend a lesson given by Kensington Tennis Club, is the sole responsibility of the player/guardian. Kensington Tennis Club is not liable for any such injuries.
If a member or scheduled attendee decides not to play due to weather that’s their personal decision.
Kensington Tennis Club has the right to decide what the resolution will be for a lesson cancelled in full or in part due to weather (credit, rescheduling or other). All decisions made by Kensington Tennis Club are final.
Whenever possible, customers will be sent an email and/or text message if a decision to cancel has been made.
If the participant is absent from a session for a reason other than Kensington Tennis Club cancelling the session due to adverse weather, they are choosing to forfeit the time and cost of the lesson.
CLASSPASS
All users of ClassPass are subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth by ClassPass.
It is ClassPass' / the users' responsibility to manage all bookings made through the ClassPass app or website.
Kensington Tennis Club cannot be held liable for any injuries sustained by ClassPass users who choose to use our services. For further information, please refer to the section "Cancellations Made by Kensington Tennis Club," specifically point #2.
